Art Encounters
Thematic “mini-series” of 1½ hour lectures will also be organised throughout the year at the English Book Centre. Visits to museums will be scheduled separately with car-pooling possible. Our last Art Encounters conducted by Mary Lynn Riley, examined the Classical and Romantic period over 3 sessions, were very popular and we eagerly await the next group of lectures, starting Tuesday March 9th, when the subject will be The Impressionists.
