Guarantees
English Book Centre unconditionally guarantees all the books purchased through this site. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of your order for a complete refund. If the return is due to an error that we have made, we will gladly refund both the original delivery charge and the cost of return postage.
Returns Procedures
Before making any return, contact returns@englishbookcentre.com or fax +33 (0)4 93 12 26 43. All returns should be securely wrapped and sent, together with the original packing note and reason for the return, to the following address: Returns, English Book Centre, 12 Rue Alexis Julien, 06560 Valbonne, FRANCE.
Delivery Times
We do not accept any liability or claim arising from late delivery.
Responsibility for Local Taxes and Duties
When we ship books for delivery outside France, the recipient is liable for any local taxes or import duties that may be payable.
Order Progress
